Weekend report 18 May 2015

Ten members turned up on Sunday some to do maintenance and some to sail. It was thought that "Port Allan Picnic" should be left for another day, but two boats went out on the water and had a whale of a time in a Force 5 gusting 6 with deep troughs and high crests. A real roller-coaster ride.

One of the club boat's got into trouble by detaching its main sheet from the transom and was returned to Grassy beach under an alongside tow.

Great fun great seamanship and a great learning experience.
